1. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a prepayment of 50% within the deadline agreed upon during the discussion with the property owner.
    2. Once the deposit is paid, the reservation is confirmed and the rental agreement is considered concluded.
    3. The remaining balance for the stay must be settled on the day of arrival.
    4. Cancellation of the stay does not entitle you to a refund of the prepayment. No price difference will be refunded in the event of a shortened stay, late arrival, or cancellation of part of the stay not caused by the owner.
    5. The reserved rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
    6. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
    7. We do not take responsibility for money or valuables left in the rooms or on the premises, nor for the loss or damage of guests’ cars or other vehicles.
    8. Parking is located on a closed, monitored property, but is unattended.
    9. Overnight stays by persons not registered at our property are prohibited.
    10. Pets are not allowed.
    11. On the day of departure, the guest must make the rented room available to the owner or a person authorized by them for inspection. Any claims regarding damages that have not been reported will be pursued through mediation or legal action.
